Anastasia was nice, smiley and definitely sweet! However, I’m not entirely satisfied with the waxing, there are spots that haven’t been waxed and I only realised it once I was at home.
The Hollywood wax, I can understand it’s difficult after using the shave and some hair can stay but, I didn’t see too much effort trying to remove everything.
I did have wax in different places and the therapist was more experienced
Also, I think the bed it’s too low and that could cause back pain to the therapist

Elena was lovely however the lash lift was not good. My lashes were not curled/lifted hardly at all and I now after two days have to go back to curling them. I have had eye lashes lifts before so I am aware of the possible results. My lashes have also lost density too. I am so upset.

Clean & professional, and great pedicure - my toenails are fairly beat up from running and Lilly did a great job reshaping/filing etc
