As always, a truly perfect gel manicure from Flora Beauty. The attention to detail is just brilliant and they always get my nails on point. I had a new lady this time, but she was absolutely brilliant, very skilled and perfected my post lockdown manicure. Only thing I would love to see if a loyalty programme or card for repeat customers, that would be fab!

Nice venue and employees, however, tools used for manicure (nail files, etc.) were reused on clients which I find quite unsanitary.
