The staff members are rude and racist, only happy if you say you like what they’ve done. Can not accept I wasn’t happy with the treatments I booked which was a pedicure and gel extensions. When I complained, they simply spoke in another language glaring at me and giving me evil looks, no way to treat anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you have low standards and enjoy being treated unfairly.

Best experience at a salon so far. Definitely will make this my go-to place. The friendliest most attentive staff, immaculate attention to detail during treatments and all in all an exceptional team. Also worth noting, this is the first salon I have been to that does not use electric nail file/drill on your natural nail plate, which is so important, especially for people like me who have naturally very thin and brittle nails. Could not recommend enough.

The venue was very clean, light and welcoming. Staff were friendly and Christina gave a great deep tissue massage with a consistent firm pressure throughout. Only issue I had was the parking. There is parking but finding a spot was tricky and I had to park a couple of streets down (which I was fortunate to find).
