It was really hard to hear what Liliana was saying. Partly because I think she spoke very quietly, possibly because she was worried about her English; partly because we were wearing masks. I am sure she was lovely but there was no real conversation, which was fine with me. I felt that there could have been more to the pedicure as it seemed quite basic.
