This is just the second time I went to Flora Beauty and both times the beauty therapist took a phone call mid-bikini wax. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the second time was just unprofessional.

Very nice place and friendly staff.
Doina was super quick at doing my nails and very attention to detail and i loved it!
Got my lashes done by Elena, will give a 4 out of 5 only because my lashes weren't as lifted as much as i wanted because my lashes are stubbornly straight. But might suggest to leave it on longer the next time yo get the desired look. I really recommend this place!
