Unfortunately, quite disappointed. I love Flora lounge and been often for wax and nails, but this time i was not satisfied. Treatment was done super quick which was great, but realized it wasn't done well and lots of hair were missed....

I have been getting my waxing and nails done at Flora Beauty Lounge since October; and I can safely say it is the best nail salon I have been to in my 11 years of living in London. Lovely staff who are great at what they do, super clean salon and Elena is such a joy.
I had an issue with my last appointment running late (in fairness there was confusion on my side too) but Elena made sure it was rectified straight away and even gave me a discount. Love this place - customer for life!

My nails turned out so great i was so happy, since it was my first time there i was a bit scared but the nail technician did a great job. One of the workers with the blonde hair is bloody rude, did not smile once or say hello like that others & she went up to the receptionist and said something about me in her language and they both looked at me so guessing they said something about me. The receptionist was nice but she offered everyone else water but me that didn’t make me feel good.
