Overall the treatment was OK but there was no real consultation at the beginning about what I would like from the treatment. For the facial I was asked if I had allergies but not if I had specific skin concerns. It was a 50 minute facial but the first 15 minutes seemed to consist of putting on some kind of face cream and then leaving it for 7 minutes with no other treatment during that time. So a little disappointing compared to other facials I have had where a bit more attention was given. The massage was very nice but again no questions about scent preferences or areas to focus on etc. I've had some good eyebrow and nail treatments here before and would definitely go back for those, but don't think the facial and massage were quite at the same standard.
