Lilly was utterly outstanding. Every time I return to Flora Beauty Lounge I have confidence that whomever provides my treatment will be exceptional, and this was true of my recent gel manicure. Lilly was so very thorough with an attention to detail that you just don’t get at other salons. Her calm and reassuring manner echoes that of all the staff. I would travel across London to visit Flora Beauty Lounge: it really, really is the best there is.

Staff were friendly, the place was clean with lovely decor. It was a hot day so they had fans and offered drinks. I had a French gel manicure and I’m really pleased with how it looks. Daniela checked with me that I was happy with each stage of the manicure. Will definitely be attending again.
