Overall impressed with the service. Glad that the shape was considered and precise. Unfortunately even after sharing that my skin is particularly sensitive under my eyebrows and sometimes tears, nothing was done to prevent this, so I ended up with a pretty nasty tear under my right eyebrow which took a few days to heal.
