The salon is clean. I was disappointed that I wasn’t asked what shape or shade I wanted for my eyebrow tint so they were thinner and lighter than I would have liked. I find that hot wax treatments last longer than strip wax.

It was my first time booking a pedicure spa with no polish at the Flora Beauty Lounge. To be honest, I was expecting much more. Not sure what was supposed to be a "spa" experience, as the bucket of water for my feet was just a bucket lined with plastic bag (no bubbles or tub experience), the chair was an ordinary chair rather than massage one you'd see in other places. The lady did a good job on the toes pedicure but hardly touched any other foot bits. Can get a much better value elsewhere.
