Lilly is great and always thorough, but I often feel rushed during my visits. The staff seem under pressure to finish quickly, leaving little time to plan designs properly. There should be an extra 10 minutes for clients who want nail art. I’m also disappointed with the limited design knowledge. Stylists should listen and offer creative suggestions instead of pushing for quick choices. For the prices we pay, the service should reflect care, creativity, and quality, not just speed.

Friendly technician and always like visiting Flora lounge but when I got home from my wax I realised the technician had left behind quite a bit of hair. Better attention to detail needed.
