Not the best experience. I had a gel manicure with Mariana who kept going on about how dry my nails were. I asked her not to push my cuticles down too far - she did it anyway. I asked for a different style of manicure than I had previously - she did the same one anyway. I found her manner brash and rude. I’m a busy working mum and really looked forward to some pampering - it wasn’t enjoyable or relaxing. On the plus side Sofia who did my pedi was incredibly lovely and did an amazing job.
