Easily one of the worst BIAB manicures I’ve ever had. Veronica has a consistently poor attitude, which I’d gladly overlook if the work was great. Unfortunately, after just one week, my nails looked three weeks grown out, and four broke before my next appointment. The main reason I pay extra for BIAB is to prevent breakage, so this felt like throwing money straight down the drain. If I ever return to Flora Beauty, I will definitely avoid booking with Veronica.
