I am always happy to be a guest at Flora Beauty Lounge. I highly appreciate their seriosity upon for nowadays COVID rules. All the spaces are tidy and clean, all the ladies were wearing gloves and masks which made my treatment secure and pleasant. The atmosphere is amazing. Very friendly staff, professional services, warm ambiance. Will be more than happy to come again and suggest it to everyone!

Loved the vibe but I liked the most that she didn't judge me and didn't force her liking on my eyebrows as I like my eyebrows wilde and very fluffy. Loved

Lots of confusion as to whether it was a manicure or pedicure (it was in fact a pedicure), followed by more confusion as to whether it was to be gel or not.
The appointment time was altered by email to slightly later without any consultation, and was listed as 50 minutes when it took only 30. English not their first language which may have caused all the confusion, but perfectly good pedicure in a pleasant environment. I would certainly go there again despite the minor setbacks.
