The salon is completely as described, it's small but quirky. It was very quiet the day I went in and quite miserable outside but everyone was bubbly and happy to be there.

Great staff, very friendly and efficient. I loved my head wash. The only thing I would have preferred maybe would have been a little more care in my blow dry, but everything else was perfect.
(For some reason I thought the salon used natural/organic products, which I don't think they do.)
