Pros: - Friendly staff - Clean float area/pool - Amenities included (towels, shampoo, earplugs) Cons: - Manual lighting in pool. Usually an automated programme of lights/music gradually turn on at the end. By turning it on myself, it felt very jarring and bright - The entire room is heated rather than just the water, so it's uncomfortably hot when drying/dressing - Inadequate soundproofing (footsteps, doors shutting) - No relax area before/after float - sat waiting on pedicurists stool
