Lovely experience, but I booked a 45 minute massage and it lasted 25 minutes after a 5 minute consultation. I raised this was with the therapist and they said this was due to the consultation time needed (which was no more than 5 minutes). Not overly pleased given I paid for 45 minutes but the massage itself was great.
