Oliwia was very slow (took her an hour to not even finish CND shellac take off). I still had to ask her to take off the excess nail varnish she hadn’t taken off…. Repeatedly. It was a very straightforward take off. After an hour Ronnie had to take over as Oliwia almost gave up and Ronnie was brilliant and much better. She saved the day!
