while it was nice to have a pregnancy cushion to lie face down, getting into the bed and into position was difficult and felt unsafe. There was also a lack of room to allow your arms to rest by your side and they see hanging off the bed. The head cushion was covered in a towel which meant the ho!e at the other side was not open which made it very hot and uncomfortable and hard to breathe so I had to keep lifting my head to get some air. The massage itself was good but I wasn't able to totally relax. Getting off the bed again was also diffficult
