I always go to The Floatarium for a manicure. Very welcoming and attentive. Friendly. Listen to what I want. Always ensure you are happy with the treatment. Thoroughly recommend.

Staff is very friendly and the place has a great vibe, it's clean and representative. I am not happy with the quality of the pedicure. The dead skin was not removed very thoroughly, the nail polish has not dried by the time I was leaving (despite sitting there for 2 hours and going through 4 drying cycles) because of a very thick layer. I had to redo it all when I got home, so I consider my treatment waste of time and money and will not be coming again.

Tired decor. No drink offered on completion of treatment - in other Spas you are usually offered a drink of water. Last Appt in the day and therapist stated that she hoped to get away early. Treatment lasted 15 mins less than as shown on “ticket” Frankly I did g feel the therapist gave of her best / maybe she was tired - will not be recommending

Overall Kirstie was really lovely and she did a great job of my nails. There were a couple of service points that would prevent me recommending to friends or others (my local friends were keen to hear!)
1. I was surprised when I asked for French pedi she said 'we don't have enough time for that.' It's the first time everrrrr that I've been told no when asking for a colour. So plain red it was.. .
2. I was also surprised that the only drink on offer is cold water..no hot drinks ☕️
