Overall Kirstie was really lovely and she did a great job of my nails. There were a couple of service points that would prevent me recommending to friends or others (my local friends were keen to hear!)
1. I was surprised when I asked for French pedi she said 'we don't have enough time for that.' It's the first time everrrrr that I've been told no when asking for a colour. So plain red it was.. .
2. I was also surprised that the only drink on offer is cold water..no hot drinks ☕️

Kirstie was really accommodating and had taken my pregnancy into account before I arrived so it wasn’t a fuss. Everything was really nice and the facial itself was great!
