Staff said I wouldn't be able to see or hear anything. That wasn't true. After I switched off the light, I could still see the power switch on the shower, the display on the radiator and the light coming in around the door. These reflected off every surface so I could always see all around me. Even though I wore earplugs and my ears were under water, I often heard banging and thought it may be the knock to tell me time up. Some black grout. No conditioner or hairdryer diffuser. Won't go back.

Had my first Microdermabrasion here and Brooke was very knowledgeable and did a great facial. I can't give 5 stars because the salon itself needs a complete refurb, it's very tired. Can't fault the treatment itself though.
