My experience started off fine, pleasant chatty girl and nice salon in a lovely area. Unfortunately clear, obvious patches of hair were left unwaxed and I had to call her back twice to wax those areas after she had left me to get dressed. Lovely girl but needs more training (or glasses). I’ve had several much better experiences of Hollywood waxes elsewhere .

The waxing itself was good, but I waited awkwardly for more than 15 mins and wasn’t really spoken to. Would have happen my gone and grabbed a coffee or something if it had just been communicated!
