Unfortunately my manicure looked like it had been done in the dark- the lady doing it was lovely but it has an awful finish and hasn’t lasted longer than a couple of days. Sadly disappointed with what was an expensive manicure.

Therapist was friendly. Massage was pleasant and relaxing. Quite repetitive compared to previous Swedish massages. Feet and hands weren’t included which they have been before. Looking back realised I wasn’t asked anything before starting (focus areas etc). Nearly overcharged due to confusion over an outstanding balance. Still my favourite city massage place but not my favourite trip.
