Prepaid £50 for a 10am appt on 5 July. Got sick, overslept, and went in person a few hours later to explain. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Refused to reschedule or even provide written confirmation I missed it (which I needed as Treatwell marked it “attended”). One said “I’m busy,” another said “we can’t refund” before I even asked. Good nails, but customer service is awful. No empathy, no flexibility. Avoid.
