I loved my nails, great colours and exactly the design I wanted however they were not done all the way up to the cuticle so they already look grown out a few days later. I also got charged an extra £7 for a design which was the same polish but swirled around with a tool which I didn’t understand. They didn’t use more products to do this design or different colours.

Nice, clean and inviting. Staff are polite and professional. I was happy with my nails and thankfully they were able adjust my appointment time as I was running late. I would definitely go back. I like that they have little baskets to put your belongings in, means you're less likely to forget your stuff but also prevents trip hazards and chaos when they are at their busiest. However, it would be great if you could pay on your card in store as cash is difficult to obtain these days.
