Unfortunately I used Treatwell and booked in with Jenny but when I got to the salon and said I am booked with Jenny I was told “she’s gone for the day” so another lady did my appointment who was great but not who I’d booked with. Made me uncomfortable and not the most welcoming start to a prepaid appointment.
