Lowri was amazing throughout the appointment. It was my daughters first time at the salon and she was very nervous. Lowri completely put her at ease, and made her feel comfy. Daughter is chuffed with her cut, abd is pleased to find her regular hairdresser.

Was happy to discuss my requirements before the appointment and offer advice. Even though this was a repeat appointment I was asked if everything had been alright last time and did I want anything different, and I decided to have a different colour and was advised on one that lasts longer.
Made to feel welcome and comfortable even though I dislike the experience of having a hair appointment.
Was very happy with every aspect of my treatments and would definitely recommend.
