Was happy to discuss my requirements before the appointment and offer advice. Even though this was a repeat appointment I was asked if everything had been alright last time and did I want anything different, and I decided to have a different colour and was advised on one that lasts longer.
Made to feel welcome and comfortable even though I dislike the experience of having a hair appointment.
Was very happy with every aspect of my treatments and would definitely recommend.
