I love my new hair!
The salon was well organised, everything and everyone was in their place, providing reassurance that there was no risk of infection. Everything had a system and a routine and the staff knew exactly what to do.
Gemma was confident and reassuring and transformed my overgrown, greying lockdown hair into fabulous new locks.
All staff wore blinged-up personal protective equipment.
Customers are required to wear a face-mask at all times.
Overall, a great experience.
