It was my first visit to Flawless, and although Covid means the experience is very different to a usual salon visit, I had a wonderful appointment. Gemma gave me a half head of foils and cut and blow dry and it is the best colour I have ever had! She really listened to what I wanted and did such a thorough job, I am delighted and will definitely return!!
