Very disappointed with this appointment. I scheduled an appointment for hot Hollywood wax as well as eye brows and upper lip threading.
First, the room was super dirty full of hair on the floor.
I requested hot wax, which I clearly mentioned but she insisted on using cold wax and strips to start with and only used hot was on the labia area which means that I suffered much more and now my skin is all irritated and I can barely touch it.
I won’t recommend this salon unfortunately.

Val was absolutely fabulous! Such a warm, experienced and professional hairdresser who genuinely takes her time and cares about getting your hair right. I had a keratin treatment, undercut and a much-needed cut and re-layering, and I’m so pleased with the result. The salon has a lovely community feel too. I felt genuinely looked after and relaxed from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you.
