Just to the right expectations - if you’re one for luxury settings then this is not for you. But if you’re after a good quality facial with friendly beautician then this is brilliant.
The room is small but clean. Sound proofing isn’t great so can hear the buzz from the salon. But - the facial is fantastic. She cleanses the skin, exfoliate and steam before extraction. She also gives a little massage after setting your face mask. I have my face threaded at end of facial and she’s quite an expert in this. No tugging or cutting skin, just a very gentle and effective threading. My eye brows always look fab and my face glowing after. Strongly recommended.
If anything that can be improved is the temperature of room. It can be quite cold in winter so do let them know and they will try make it comfortable for you.

Staff were friendly and attentive. I first had a head massage, ambience in the side room was a bit basic but the massage itself was very good and relaxing. Unfortunately the oil stayed in my hair even with 3 washes so I wouldnt recommend doing before a cut and blowdry! My haircut was good and hairdresser was lovely to chat to. Would recommend for a good value haircut and nice experience.

Staff were friendly on arrival. I was made to feel welcome and my facial was luxurious and relaxing. Shoba is professional and caters the facial to your needs. Highly recommended!!!
