Sophie made me feel relaxed and reassured during my visit. It’s been a good couple of years since I had a hair colour change so I was a bit nervous. Thanks to Sophie, everything has gone very well and I’m happy with my new hair colour. This was my first time using Flawless, and I’m happy to say that I’ll be back in a couple of months for my next appointment. Thank you Sophie and also the other girls at Flawless too - who all made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend Sophie she is amazing lovely girl down to earth and knows her stuff. Linsey the owner done my extensions I have very short thin hair and was worried u would see them she did amazing job absolutely love them and had loads of compliments ❤ best place I've been to.
