Corinna was ovely - she made me feel comfortable (even asked what music I like!). She was extremely thorough and kept me informed on the process when doing my lash lift and brow lamination - which is really important to me since my eyes were closed for the lash lift which can be disconcerting if you don't know what's going on! I love my lashes, they look permanently curled and like I have my best mascara on. I was nervous about my brows because I like to keep them natural, but they're perfect
