I would recommend this salon to my friends and family. I felt very at ease in this friendly salon. Everywhere seemed clean and tidy. I have been several times now and have always enjoyed the experience. I usually have pedicures, facials eyebrow waxing and manicures. All treatments are very well done and carried out in a relaxed atmosphere My favourite is the facial. The bed is warmed for you and feels very luxurious Parking is easy and convenient.

I had a flawless manicure. Would definitely recommend this treatment. It was very professionally in all respects, the paraffin wax left my hands feeling soft and smooth added with a lovely nail polish, my hands looked great

From walking through the door, I felt relaxed and looking forward to being pampered. Danny and her staff were friendly and most welcoming. My nails look amazing and have booked to return. Would highly recommend. Such a refreshing change to be welcomed and not just feel like another client in line. Thank you

I would certainly recommend Flawless to friends and family, on my recommendation one of my friends has already been for a Dermalogica Facial and a Flawless manicure and loved both of the treatments. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon. I am looking forward to having my Dermalogica Facial at the end of this month.

I thought the salon itself was nice. Parking was easy, the salon is newly decorated and the salon is clean. I went for a full body massage and a paraffin wax pedicure. The bed wasn't the best, quite uncomfortable and certainly from a massage perspective not ideal. I think it's important for the beautician to find out type of massage strength I liked. I prefer firm although I understand that's not for everyone. I wasn't asked for any details prior to the massage, which I am used to providing. I also prefer to relax and not speaking, hinting I apologise if I snore, Rosie was lovely but I found she liked to talk during my massage, pedicure chat is fine but not my massage that's r&r time! I think with some minor tweaks it would have been a better experience. Paraffin wax pedicure was better and I was pleased with the colour.
