Very friendly and sweet hair dresser! Although my appointment was pushed back 30 due to delay on their part.
Terri was really friendly and advised me to alter the treatment I had booked slightly to fit my skin condition better. I appreciated this as I am no expert and had some difficulty choosing in the first place. I don't rate the treatment higher than two stars for the following reasons: What mainly made me feel uncomfortable was when someone walked into the treatment room during my treatment. Especially when one cannot see that is highly annoying. Moreover the treatment as such felt really rushed. The description mentions that the facial takes an hour and the threading approximately ten. The treatments together took less than 40 minutes. Of this I was left alone for quite some time and while I was waiting it was hard to relax as it was really noisy. Again, Terri was friendly when she was present, but I felt as though there was no time for my appointment really and that is not a great feeling.
