It felt like the washing/ haircut was done in a hurry. Usually I expect the shampooing to be relaxing and in this case it wasn't at all.
This was my first time at this salon and an excellent one at that. I was a tad nervous as I've had the same hairdresser for a while now but moving from Aus has made that difficult to continue... Lanza put my mind at ease by explaining everything to me, making sure I was getting what I wanted... I'm all for that natural look and my cut and colour provided just that. I'm very happy and will definitely be back again.
Lovely lady and my hair looks nice and healthy. They definitely know what they are doing! Not that keen on the bouncy blow dry, not really me, but it was very well executed so I give 5 stars anyway. I will go back and I recommend this place.
