Good hair colour and cut, an issue with the booking meant I had to swap stylist mid way which took a little longer.
They were running late but was good to see that they didn't rush my appointment. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The worst blowdry I've ever had, plus the stylist had a serious attitude problem. I was shouted at by the stylist, in front of other customers, when I said I wasn't happy, and left the salon with one side of my hair curly and one side straight. Would never go back again.
I had a wash and cut with Mark at Flanx. This was my first time here. The staff are all very friendly. Mark gave a great head massage after hair wash and very attentive with his cut.
