I normally like this place and the lady was nice, but not particularly pleased with experience overall. The colour she chose for my low lights were good but she put a few highlights in as well that are completely randomly positioned and streaks of blonde that start two inches from root. Doesn't look right at all. Cut was ok.

The best hair wash ever! I could have fallen asleep whilst a stylist was massaging my scalp, it was so relaxing! i'm happy with my haircut done by Lanza, she listened to me and consulted with me any changes necessary.
