Second time with Vicki and she was great as I expected!!! Wonderful haircut and very friendly and kind. This will be my spot from now on.
All the staff were very attentive from the moment I walked in; making sure I was seated, my coat was hung up, I was offered a beverage and that I would be helped soon. I received a scalp massage after getting my hair washing which was a nice surprise. The hairdresser listened closely to what I wanted but also gave her expect opinion and lots of tips on how I could take care of my hair at home. The only negative I had was how I felt like they were continuously trying to sell me things; whether it be products they sell in the salon or to come again in 8 weeks time. Overall though, I did enjoy my experience and would go again because I think I got a great cut.

Both the service and the quality was great! I was recommended to do both root colouring and highlights to achieve the result I wanted and it looked almost exactly like the photo I had shown to the stylists. I got a lot of compliments the next day and will definitely return next time.
