I was initially pleased with the eyebrow threading service, but as my tint has faded I can see that a chunk of hair has been pulled out in the middle of my eyebrow. Salon was very clean and felt safe which is a plus, but I’m disappointed with what I’m left with.

Lavdi was very helpful and listened to my hair concerns and helped me deal with them. Will definitely be back again! Also very covid compliant so felt safe the whole time.

Absolutely fantastic haircut from Michelle. She was very friendly, really listened to what I wanted and talked me through everything she was doing. Another fantastic haircut at flanx!
