Salon was very clean and uncluttered, all of the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The lady that cut my hair explained everything she was doing and did a fantastic job of my hair, so much so I am returning next week to have a colour. I highly recommended using this salon!

Little bit of a hiccup with appointment scheduling due to Wahanda site discrepancy, but will go back again to get another treatment. Looking forward to trying a conditioning treatment soon!

A very new and clean salon. I got the blowdry and caviar treatment set as it one of the cheapest out there. The stylist was very professional, polite and enthusiastic. The treatment consisted of a conditioner which will be washed off after 10 minutes or so. I wish though that a bit more strength was put into the hair wash. Tea was also served and it was a good brew. For the blowdry, I provided a picture of hairstyle with soft curls and she followed it dutifully. I just thought the blowdry took longer than usual. Anyway, I believe these problems will be conquered after the salon gets more established. Overall I was satisfied as I left the salon with the blow-dried hair styled in the way I wanted and soft hair which lasted even after a several washes.

Serena did my hair and she was really friendly and professional. Really pleased with my haircut and the way it was styled, Serena took the time to make it look fantastic, excellent value for money. I would definately recommend.

My stylist Serena was really friendly and professional, she explained the keratin teatment process to me at the start so that I would know what to expect. My hair was thick too so it was hard work for Serena but she was so cheerful throughout. I enjoyed the process and their service. I was also given another cup of tea by a friendly stylist when she noticed that my tea had gone cold. I thought that was a really nice gesture! I would definitely return :) Thanks and good job to the team at London Beauty Company!
