My overall experience was let down by having to wait around as they were an hour late with my appointment, this is the second time it has happened at this hairdressers. I can only assume there is a flaw in the booking system. The hairdresser Charlie is lovely and does my hair nice, she takes her time to find out what you want done and does it very nice. The salon is nice and clean but is very frustrating making an appointment then having to sit around wasting time waiting which in turn makes you late for the rest of your days schedule.
Charlie did a great job on my hair, even though initially the hair colour that she had put on me was a tad too light! She ended up correcting it immediately and it was great.
I have been going to Coco at Angel for around 18 months and I absolutely love it! Charlie does a great job and always good chat. I'm moving abroad but making sure I book in my Xmas treatment for when I'm back in December!
