Great stylist, friendly and did exactly what I asked from her. Nice head massage and blow dry as well :)
The girl who washed my hair also did the blow dry.
She was EXTREMELY friendly and made me feel so comfortable.
BUT.... The deep hair conditioning treatment didn't feel like one. It seemed as if I just had a regular hair wash. The conditioner wasn't left on for any amount of time. And the lovely girl didn't actually let me know vocally that she was applying the treatment. I expected to sit for at least 10 minutes with the conditioning treatment on!
The head massage was a welcome treat. Very relaxing and much appreciated.
Also, I wasn't offered a drink on arrival. I had to ask for one.
Overall... For a £36 DEEP CONDITIONING TREATMENT I expected my hair to feel well conditioned, and a touch softer and less dry but there's was no difference. The blow dry was good though.
LASTLY.... A friend informed me that the very same service was on GROUPON for £19! I checked... It was...
Great little place, friendly, warm and great value. I only had a trim but was really listened to and felt very at ease
