After a disastrous haircut at another hairdresser before a trip away, I was desperate and apprehensive, however Charlie was wonderful, she actually listened to what *I* wanted, and did a great job at rescuing of my hair. So pleasant, great job, great value for money and what a nice change to find a hairdresser who listens to what I want done with my hair and then actually does it! Will be back
