Ivani really made sure to make sure i was happy and that i got exactly what i wanted. I’ve been so scared of getting too much chopped off but she did it exactly how i want it!! She made sure to update me along the process to ensure i was happy. 10/10

Blow dry is frizzy and not big bouncy curls like I asked for - was rushed through in half an hour even thought the appt says 45 minutes and had two people pulling on my hair to dry it. Not happy at all - it’s a shame as the last time I visited I had a great blow dry
