My experience with Lou was amazing. She was welcoming, gave me a tea and some chocolates, was extremely attentive during the consultation and checked in with me throughout the haircut to make sure we got the results I wanted. The studio itself is clean with a calming atmosphere. I will absolutely be coming back to get my hair cut by Lou.
