As soon as I walked through the door I felt welcomed and valued as a client. Everyone was really friendly, unpretentious and welcoming. Louise was incredible. Very patient, understanding and great results with my think and frizzy hair. Will be going back and thoroughly recommend.

Lou was amazing! I have between wavey and straight thick hair that no one ever seems to know what to do with, including myself. Normally after a hair cut I leave with everything straightened and have to see what it really looks like when I wash it next. This was the first hair cut I left where I felt like it was really my hair, and Lou really brought out my curls! She explained everything she did and gave styling tips, I've finally found my hairdresser! Thank you so much
