Lolita was lovely but can’t give 5 stars as I waited 40 mins and was told I’d need to pay £50 extra for a curly cut, even though I booked what I thought was a curly hair appointment. It wasn’t clear at booking and felt like an upsell, which I found unfair. I didn’t understand the difference to justify the extra cost. Also, no straighteners at the salon, which was odd but didn’t bother me. Overall lovely lady, but a little bit of a disappointing experience.

I had a lovely pregnancy massage with Hannah. She was very caring and attentive and not only made me feel relaxed but also helped with pregnancy pain. I'm really glad I found her.
