The scrub was very basic. It wasn’t explained at all, and I was almost just ushered into a room, told to undress and lay down. The entire time I could hear the man next to me receiving a massage and talking. This ruined my experience.
It would have been much better if they explained what the process was before I entered. Also explaining I would need to shower at the end of it etc.
